OLIVE GROVE A favorite ritual for our Vagabond House family is to end a day on our patio with cheese, olives, bread and wine. Helen and Scott created the first of our Olive Grove Collection pieces for these impromptu gatherings and soon, a collection was born.Olive trees are a source of abundance for humans; producing oil, fruit, fine wood and medicine. Exceptionally long lived; a tree in Croatia is thought to be around 1600 years old and still produces a crop of fruit each year. The most written about tree in western literature, olive branches are symbols of peace, prosperity and triumph. This collection features fine serve ware embellished with exquisitely detailed olives and branches. |
