Possible big Hazard...

When I first got the item I noticed a very big problem and I was extremely disappointed... When I opened the package there were at so many wood eating bugs inside the Wood Canister and it was very difficult to get rid of them, also there were the tons of wood powder from where the bugs carved the wood, along with many holes in the Canister... I tried to get rid of all the bugs and just use it but I kept finding them making it very difficult to use it at all. I think this is a very destructable problem for my home environment as well as the other items made of wood that this company continues to sell.. I hope this find you well and have a possible solution of verifying the items before sending.
