1. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page or in an email notification.

2. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $99. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

3. We ship worldwide.

4. Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, and a tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

5. In the event that an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date and the option to cancel or modify your order.

6. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the shipping carrier. If you have not received your package within the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier for further assistance.

7. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount.
